Conveyancing Fee Schedule
Our fee for dealing with a normal conveyancing property purchase is:
For normal conveyancing property transaction, our price is:
Purchase price is up to £150,000 - £795 plus VAT
Purchase price is between £150,001 and £300,000 - £995 plus VAT
Purchase price is between £300,001 and £600,000 - £1,650 – 1,800 plus VAT
Purchase is between £600,001 and £750,000 - £2,000 plus VAT
If the transaction is more than £750,000, we will determine the charge depending on the specifics of that transaction.
Our fee for dealing with a normal conveyancing property sale is:
Sale price is up to £150,000 - £850 plus VAT
Sale price is between £150,001 and £300,000 - £1,300 plus VAT
Sale price is between £300,001 and £600,000 - £1600 – 1800 plus VAT
Sale price is between £600,001 and £750,000 - £2,000 plus VAT
If the transaction is more than £750,000, we will determine the charge depending on the specifics of that transaction.
Please be aware that these costs might change depending on the property and the level of expertise of the fee earner handling the case. Depending on the situation, there can be additional charges.
Please be aware that we will do an electronic ID check to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws. These inspections have an administrative cost of £10 to £30 + VAT.
We will charge £35 + VAT for each electronic money transfer, such as a redemption of a mortgage or completion funds. This is to cover the time we put into each transfer as well as the money we pay the bank.
Situations that might cause us to charge you extra costs will be notified by the fee earners. Any additional expenses and expenditures will, of course, be disclosed to you in advance. Please be aware that you will still be charged for any work (including additional work) that we have completed even if we are unable to move further for whatever reason or you decide to close your matter after instructing us. Possible disbursements and expenses, these are fees paid to third parties for services relating to your case. To guarantee a simpler transaction, we manage the payment of the disbursement on your behalf.
